Design an experience that will fulfill the needs of sales managers to process credit and compliance for customers in car dealerships, both online and in person, from soft pull to final contract.
Solution
A complete design of the entire credit and compliance workflow, enabling efficient and effective completion of tasks, without leaving the product.

User Research
Initial scope of user research included content audits and UX expert reviews as well usability and user observation sessions.
UX Prototyping
Creating interactive prototypes used as working models to drive rapid iteration and emotional engagement by enabling users to show how a product will help them achieve their goals.
UI Design
Designing a responsive credit and compliance workflow based on research findings, focused on consolidating a fragmented multi-system process into a single, integrated experience. Goals included: eliminating duplicate data entry between systems, enabling tablet-based soft credit pulls at the point of sale, and delivering a fully responsive design that follows the customer from soft pull through final contract.
Technical Collaboration
Actively engaging in product development and implementation such that any design guidelines are adequately modified as necessary, while maintaining the intended experience.
